fof.lol licensing

This project contains two kinds of material under different terms:

  1. Source code, licensed under the MIT License (Part A below).
  2. Brand Assets, which are NOT licensed under the MIT License and remain
     protected by copyright and trademark law (Part B below).

Third-party components keep their own licenses (see https://fof.lol/license/).

"Brand Assets" means:

  a) the names "fof.lol" and the names of its tools (SmartBench, SpeedBench,
     WhereBench, KeyBench, DropBench, MeetBench, PrivacyBench, PhotoBench,
     TypeBench, ToolBench, QRBench, PDFBench, PassBench, TimeBench,
     TuneBench, DrawBench, RandomBench, ScanBench, TextBench, PowerBench,
     ColorBench, DevBench, MoneyBench and any other "...Bench" name used on the site), together with their slogans and distinctive styling;
  b) all logos, logotypes, favicons, app icons, illustrations, social
     preview (Open Graph) images and other images created for the site, in
     any format or size, including where they are drawn as SVG or canvas
     markup inside the source code. This covers, without limitation, the
     files in favicon.svg, shared/brand/, shared/icons/, shared/og/,
     smart/assets/ and the images produced by the scripts in og-src/.

No license or other right to the Brand Assets is granted, whether by the MIT
License in Part A, by implication, estoppel or otherwise. Without prior
written permission you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish,
sell or otherwise use the Brand Assets, or use them in a way that suggests
your product or service is fof.lol or is endorsed by it.

The following uses are permitted without asking:

  - viewing and using the site at https://fof.lol, including installing its
    tools as web apps, which displays the Brand Assets as intended;
  - referring to fof.lol and its tools by name to identify them truthfully,
    for example in a review, article or link, without using the logos as
    your own branding;
  - keeping the Brand Assets in an unmodified, non-public copy of this
    repository for the purpose of studying or contributing to the project.

If you publish a modified version of the Software, you must remove or replace
the Brand Assets and give it a different name.

Permission to use the Brand Assets may be requested from fof.lol company;
the contact address is given at https://fof.lol/license/.
