Letter by letter
There is no way back from the passport rules: “i” may have been і, ї or й, and “ia” — я or ія, so Latin cannot be turned back into Ukrainian reliably. ISO 9 gives every letter its own sign, which is why it can.
Text
For code and file names
The buttons change the text in the box, line by line for the code styles. Undo brings it back (Ctrl+Z, or the arrow under the text box).
These are not fonts but look-alike Unicode symbols (mathematical letters and the like), so they paste into a bio or a caption anywhere. Screen readers read them badly or skip them, search does not find the words, and most sets exist only for Latin letters and digits: Cyrillic stays as it is. Lines, strike-through and underline work for any letters.
Result, changes highlighted
Yellow: changed; a red bar: something removed; a dot under a gap: a non-breaking space. Hover or tap a change to see what was there.

Order
Sorting follows the Ukrainian alphabet (Ґ after Г, Є after Е, І and Ї after И) and puts 2 before 10.
Numbering
Every button changes the text in the box. Undo brings it back.
The text box is the old version. Paste the new one here:
Before anything is shown or saved, the HTML is cleaned with DOMPurify: scripts, event handlers, javascript: links, frames, forms and inline styles are removed, so a Markdown file from anyone is safe to open. Pictures from other sites are not loaded here, so they cannot see that you are reading; in a saved .html file they are.
